Krube came from the surname Kruba. John Carl Kruba* and his wife Mary** changed their last name to Krube. They had nine children, four boys and five girls.

All Krubes should be descendants of Peter, Edward, or Joseph Krube. Most of the content of this site is on the descendants of Joseph and Jean Krube who have three sons Steven, David, and Russell Krube. These three sons gave them 13 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and growing.

*John Carl Kruba was born 12/23/1891, in Poland, to Elinis and Harriet Kruba, and was married to Mary around 1910 in St. Casimer’s Church in St. Paul, MN. They lived in St. Paul, MN, and John died in January 1965.
**Mary Lucille Kruba, maiden name Wawrzeczak, also from Poland, born around 1888, and lived until May 1955
